Rental terms

• The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid licence for at least 2 years.
• Bring your driving licence and your passport, or your national ID card if you live in Morocco.
• Every driver must be named on the rental agreement. An additional driver costs €10 and must follow the same rules.

• The minimum rental is 3 days. A rental day is 24 hours from your pick-up time.
• Nothing is paid on this website. You pay at pick-up, by cash or card.
• We do not take a deposit, and nothing is blocked on your card.
• Every rental includes unlimited kilometres.
• We deliver and collect the car free of charge anywhere in Agadir.
• Your booking is confirmed when we contact you on WhatsApp or by email.

• Full insurance is included in every rental.
• The excess is €1,000. If you are at fault in an accident, you pay for repairs up to that amount.
• Report any accident or damage to us straight away. Unreported damage found at the end of the rental may be charged in full.

• Cancellation is free.
• To change your dates, car or location, contact us on WhatsApp or by email. Changes depend on availability.
• If you return the car early, tell us first so we can agree what happens with the unused days.

• Return the car to the agreed place, at the agreed time, with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
• We allow one hour of grace on the last day. After that, a further rental day may apply.
• A different drop-off place must be agreed with us in advance. Marrakech has a €65 fee at each end of the rental.

• The driver is responsible for traffic and parking fines during the rental.

This website and its content belong to CarRentAgadir, except photos credited on our photo credits page. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. We try to keep all information accurate, but it is given for guidance and does not replace the rental agreement.
