Booking Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before pickup time for full refund. No questions asked.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup incur 50% of first day rental cost.
No-Show: Failure to pick up vehicle or meet delivery representative without prior cancellation results in full charge for first rental day.
Booking Modifications
Free Modifications: Change rental dates, vehicle type, or pickup location up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup at no charge, subject to availability.
Last-Minute Changes: Modifications within 24 hours may incur 20 euro adjustment fee depending on operational impact.
Refund Processing
Timeline: Approved refunds process within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
Partial Refunds: Early vehicle returns receive prorated refunds for unused days minus one-day cancellation fee.
Damage Deposits: No security deposits required. Damage charges apply only to confirmed incidents per rental agreement terms.
Service Delivery Terms
Pickup Service: Free delivery within greater Agadir area (airport, hotels, city center). Extended delivery locations may incur additional fees confirmed during booking.
Delivery Timing: We accommodate all flight arrival times including delays. No extra charges for schedule changes due to flight delays.
Vehicle Return Conditions
Return Location: Vehicles must return to agreed location. Alternative return locations require advance arrangement and may incur repositioning fees.
Return Timing: Grace period of 2 hours beyond scheduled return time. Beyond that, hourly rates apply up to full additional day charge.
Fuel Policy: Return vehicle with same fuel level as pickup.
Damage Reporting: Report any incidents immediately via our 24/7 hotline. Unreported damage discovered at return may result in full repair costs without excess limitations.
